Nicholas Alexander Salick

I'm going to keep this short and sweet to avoid tearing up. Basically, if you want to be in good hands, Nicholas Salick is your guy. He and his assistant (you know who you are) have been angels and an absolute blessing to our family for the duration of our custody dispute (2.5 years). He's extremely... knowledgeable, timely, organized, efficient, and professional. He doesn't have the demeanor you would expect from someone of his caliber, he's a human being, which is so refreshing. We couldn't be more grateful for the experience he provided us and his care while handling the case.

Mr. Salick took on my custody case about 15 months ago, yes it took that long because opposing party was continually stalling, filing motions and ex parte notices. Mr. Salick did everything we could have asked in advocating for me, fighting the senseless filings of the opposing party, and truly gett...ing to know me and my case. Mr. Salick and his office were professional, and friendly – and they were accessible. I certainly felt they took a genuine interest in my case, and that they cared about the outcome. Mr. Salick exhibited his knowledge of family law throughout the case. The case itself was taken all the way to trial, and Mr. Salick was right there through the process, explaining everything to me. We prevailed in the trail! I can not thank Mr. Salick and his team enough, for the hard work and dedication! I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Nick was definitely heaven-sent. Six years ago, I was looking for a family-law attorney and I was referred to Nick from another law firm, because they could not assist me. I contacted Nick and he was very pleasant and easy going. A couple of days later, we met in his office and I gave him the paperwo...rk that I had been served with. After the first consultation, he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge of family law, so I decided to hire him right there and then. I decided not to look for another attorney, because I knew he had my best interest and my child’s well-being as his priority. He was with me for every single court apearence, which took about two years, and every single time the judge awarded what we had asked for. He then had to take up the child support case, in which again he succeeded and got what was fair. Last, my case got sent to the Children’s Court and again we walked away with exactly what we had asked for from the judge. Nick was very sensitive to my case and my situation. I was able to reach him every single time I needed to speak with him. I was given copies of everything that was filed in court. Sometimes he would even have to contact me on the weekend, if he needed information to get ready for court. To this day even though I do not need his services, I keep in touch with him. Without a second thought, I am always referring him to anyone that is in need of a family-law attorney. I think that for the amount of work that he did in my case and the results that we received, what he charged me was fair. He never tried to take advantage of me, and was always considerate of my situation.

I was referred to Nick by another attorney. He has gotten me all that I asked for and more. He's a lot more than just my attorney he's become my friend. I'm not sure if he knows to what extent he has made life easier for me but he has.
