Michael David Chaney

I was accused of horrible actions against minor children. I knew I was innocent, yet was still in a state of shock and disbelief that this was the reality of my life. Michael Chaney, reviewed the facts of my arrest, the lack of evidence and took the reigns in every aspect which lead to the discover...y of my innocence in the eyes of law enforcement, the court and the public. I felt confident that through him the truth would be exposed and it was. I can not thank Mr. Chaney enough for getting my life back on track. His ethics and insight were a terrific combination, making him the most effective lawyer I've ever known. He is an absolute expert in criminal defense. In a time of need, this is the man you want on your side. To say I am grateful for his service is an understatement.

I was arrested for a second DUI in the summer of 2009. The circumstances and specifics of the case were complicated and messy to say the least. To me this was very important and made it possible for me to relax and feel confident that my interests were being looked out for. I would absolutely hire Michael Chaney again and/or refer family and friends to his professional care (and have in fact done so already).
