We didn't get the help we wanted for the high price paid. This was a vehicular case that clearly had 2 sides. In complicated cases there are often many options to consider. It seemed as though this veteran has his mind made up and therefore was unwilling to deal with or just not motivated in consider...ing other legal options. Given the attorney's experience it was assumed that he was communicated all the potential options. Ultimately a new lawyer who would listen had to be retained in order to take the case to trial, which we were strongly discouraged from!!
