Michael David Chaney

I was arrested for a second DUI in the summer of 2009. The circumstances and specifics of the case were complicated and messy to say the least. I was referred to Michael Chaney by a lawyer and close family friend. Mr. Chaney took control of the case and made me feel at ease in a situation which made ...that very difficult. He is sharp, creative, and very well connected (which is essential in all legal situations). His breadth of experience, understanding of the law, and up-to-date knowledge of legal cases and situations meant that he was able to come up with several approaches to every situation that arose, and he was always willing to go the extra mile, never settling for "that will do" nor accepting undesirable offers. He made himself fully available in person and by phone/email for the duration of the case - before, during, and after all court dealings. To me this was very important and made it possible for me to relax and feel confident that my interests were being looked out for. I would absolutely hire Michael Chaney again and/or refer family and friends to his professional care (and have in fact done so already).
