Mary Kay Koon

Mary K. Koon’s practice focuses on handling commercial real estate transactions of all types and sizes, including purchase and sale, leasing, development, financing and title matters, for a wide range of clients--from individual owners and investors, to publicly and privately owned entities of varying size.  She has extensive experience advising and assisting clients with negotiating, structuring, documenting and closing real estate transactions in California and throughout the United States. Mary also assists clients with residential property matters. 

Previously, Mary practiced real estate law at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger in Los Angeles.  Subsequently she accepted a position as in-house real estate counsel for a  privately-held California company with a large portfolio of  industrial/commercial real estate in the western United States.  Mary’s in-house experience provided a unique perspective and greater understanding of clients’ needs for efficiency and practical solutions in the handling of their real estate transactions.
