If your case is a mess, go see Link Schwartz!

Everything that could go wrong in divorce went wrong for me, GREAT for my extremely hostile Ex. I came to Link Schwartz after Ex burned through a million dollars of community money, brought outrageous debt on me, took my custody with help of a dishonest court-appointed minor's counsel, and alienated... my children from prior marriage. No one said we could come out of it with a minor's counsel aggressively fighting for the Ex as if he was HIS attorney, not our child's! We fought on the highest road Never told a lie. Link beat them with truth! I came out with primary custody! The Ex and all his negative advocates were brought under water by Link Schwartz. Now my two young children have a shot at life. My Ex is an Parent Alienator. Link educated me on this problem and referred me to professionals recently to help combat this horrific situation that is relatively new to courts. If you have what seems an IMPOSSIBLE situation, go see Link Schwartz!

Best Family Law Lawyer

I was fortunate enough to have hired Link Schwartz to represent me. I had a very contentious divorce and not only was Ms. Schwartz there for me every step of the way, her staff was on top of every court date, every document and the communication was impeccable. Ms. Schwartz is not all about money. ... She is amazingly fair, incredibly knowledgeable and cares about her clients. Even though this was a horrible experience for me, I felt confident and felt completely satisfied having Link Schwartz represent me.

Excellent Mediator

Link is handling my Mediation. She has made this process as easy as possible. Not only does she make is as comfortable as she can for my ex and for me, she gets to the issues quickly so we do not spend a lot of time arguing. Link is able to work with both of us so that we can come to an agreement. ...We are almost finished with our Mediation, and thanks to Link, she has saved us a lot of time, money, and anguish. I think Link is the best attorney out there. She is professional, courteous, kind, and wants the best for her clients.

Love this girl!!!

I used Link for a living trust, and was wowed, but the biggest WOW I can say is that I've referred her to at least 6 family cases. Not only did she win and get everything these women wanted, but every women called me back thanking me SOOO VERY MUCH for Link. Oh and the best thing, she has a wi...cked sense of humor too.

PROFESSIONAL& CARING

Ms. Schwartz is knowledgeable and fair. She worked hard to settle my case but also made certain that I received what my and my child were entitled prior to doing so. She has a very loving spirit which is rare yet needed when dealing with such a sensitive matter as family law.
