Amazing Attorney

You will never find an attorney as qualified and dedicated as Mr. Ruttenberg. His strength of character cannot be matched. Thanks to his efforts Mr. Ruttenberg successfully resolved a real estate mold issue in my favor during the mediation process. I do not believe this could have happened without... him. I cannot praise him enough.

A Great Attorney Who Will Win Your Case By Being Bright, Aggressive and Still A Real Human Being.

As a former attorney and businesswoman, I'm first to admit that I'm not the easiest of clients, but Ken, from our first meeting, impressed me not only because he was obviously very smart, but was able to build a high level of trust with me and confidence in his abilities to pursue my difficult case. ...Throughout the many, many months he represented me, I saw first-hand the respect and credibility that he garnered from opposing counsel, witnesses and even, the mediator of my case who was an esteemed, former judge. And they all genuinely liked him because he was the real deal. I felt that Ken, as a trial lawyer should, was truly fighting for my case, but more importantly to me, he knew I wanted to settle it, so despite being a litigator, he followed my wishes and pursued the case with both vigor, but also respect, grace and intelligence; qualities I see rarely in lawyers today. During settlement negotiations he took the high road, never resorting to anger or intimidation when many lawyers would and this was a very powerful way of dealing with the multiple opposing counsels. I would say that Ken is a combination of a competitive spirit that you need as motivation for a trial lawyer, but also possesses the ability to consider beating his opponent as secondary to pursuit of finding the fairest, and most elegant solution, which is my own case was the settlement that I wanted. I consider Ken and his partners and firm as my firm for life (hopefully a little later than sooner:) I give him an A+ and my highest recommendation, not only because of how he handled my particular case, but because he has a high level of expertise in many different areas of law (which is not common anymore) and I have already recommended him to many friends and colleagues who have had a wide range of legal issues which Ken was able to address with the same level of skill. I, myself, am a tough professional and perfectionist so when I write something positive, it really does mean something.
