Hard working Attorney, dedicated to his clients

Ken Ruttenberg is a confident, determined and intelligent attorney who has the utmost compassion for his clients. After being told by other attorneys that I didn't have a case I had lost hope. I came across Ken Ruttenberg and decided to call his office. Roxanna and Ashley, his assistants were extreme...ly helpful from arranging our first meeting until the very end when the case settled. Ken listened to my case. He asked questions and he did a lot of research. Ken called me daily to let me know how things were going even if there wasn't a change. He always wanted me to know I was a priority and things were progressing. He stayed positive and confident and reassured me even when I was exhausted from it all. His professionalism and knowledge make him an exceptional attorney capable of anything. I would recommend him to everyone and I am truly thankful to him and his staff for all that they have done for me during my case. Honored and Respected

My daughter had become very ill due to a toxic mold that was in the home we were renting. After speaking with several attorneys in my local area that turned me away by saying I didnâ€™t have a case and I couldnâ€™t be helped, I came across Mr. Ruttenbergâ€™s law firm online and found that he was loca...ted over 4 hours from where we lived. Due to my daughterâ€™s condition and the distance between us I hadnâ€™t had a chance to meet him in person right away, but I knew from the first moment we spoke we had been blessed with Mr. Ruttenberg. His passion for his work and knowledge that he had, made me feel extremely comfortable in such a stressful time in my life. It was a long battle for my 5 year old daughter and our family, however, having Ken at our side and dealing with the legal end of our situation, so I could put 100% of my focus on my child in need, gives me great honor to call him a man of knowledge and heart. He stood by us and fought the greatest fight and I canâ€™t thank him enough for everything he did to help us when we were told we couldnâ€™t be helped. Attorney for life

I was introduced to Ken by a friend of mine when I was in a bad, messy legal situation. I was hit with a mechanics lien on my property by a contractor whom I had hired to build a six unit apartment complex. The contractor with out my oral or written permission changed many of the items that was not... included in our budget and charged me for it. Thank heaven I found Ken!! I was with another attorney who was just soft as a sponge and was ready to make a compromise with my contractor's attorney. Only wish I had found Ken a bit sooner. Anyway, as soon as Ken took over the case he quickly changed the strategy of the case to the extent that I was able to have an upper hand on my case. We were able to win big with the help of Ken. Ken has a natural gift to put his clients at ease and more over he becomes your friend by the time the case is settled. I have been and always will recommend my good attorney friend to anybody who is suddenly struck with a legal issue and has no where to turn. Ken is my hero for he cleared a big stressful situation for me and most of all...we prevailed.
