Karen is my hero. She was attentive and always available when time-sensitive inquires were needed. She collaborated with me to provide the most effective communication with my ex-husband through my initial divorce and subsequent legal battles for over 5 years. Her expertise guided me through nuanced ...and highly emotional issues. She was very professional and knowledgeable but always handled these contentious battles with kindness and compassion. I can’t say enough good things about her, her office staff and the 5 years of supportive guidance they provided.

Karen is absolutely wonderful! I hired Karen after my ex-husband decided to randomly move to CA, go MIA, and not follow through with our divorce decree from SC. After 2 years of dealing with the courts in SC it became clear moving my case to CA was my only option. I contacted many lawyers (at le...ast 20) and it was apparent Karen was the only one I would trust to handle my case. I cannot even come close to explaining the complexly of trying to enforce a divorce decree when on party moves to another state. There are so many different state laws to follow and Karen was more than qualified for the challenge. Within 2 months of hiring Karen she able to locate my ex-husband (which no one else could manage to do for the past 2 years) and have him complete all the documents I needed for me to move on with my life. She might not be the cheapest lawyer in the area, but she is worth every penny and then some. Karen is great about communicating options with you, and kept the cost down lower than I ever thought was possible. Not only is she an absolutely outstanding lawyer she is kind, approachable, professional and easily accessible. I live in SC so we did all our communicating via email and phone. I always had an answer in less than 24 hours (normally within the hour). I could go on and on, but do yourself a favor if you need a family law attorney just hire Karen.
