Best Immigration Lawyer in California!

We hired David to help with my Green Card application after getting married last year. He came highly recommended by some friends who had also worked with him. David was incredibly professional, efficient, and communicative as several challenges came up during my case (our timeline shifted due to per...sonal events; I needed to travel for work after my application was submitted), and despite these challenges my Green Card was approved in record time. Would recommend David to anyone that needs an immigration lawyer!

DV2022 - Administrative Processing

We are a family of two members. We had an interview on the 24th of August in Warsaw, Poland. As a result, my case was placed under Administrative Processing(AP) for visa mantis SAO procedure because of the engineering diploma. On this day, we were shocked because we did a lot to get our visas and got... a refusal. For Russians, no consulate services are available in Russia, so we have to get Schengen visas first and, after that, travel to Warsaw, Poland, with all the restrictions. So we were distraught and broken. After a few days, we calmed down and understood that we needed a professional help. We decided to ask David to help us. David built a great team, and they started working immediately, even through weekends. David explained that they must give a visa to my wife since she was a principal applicant and her case wasn't under AP. And what I liked most was that David told us the truth, that I likely won't have any chances. I understood that because I read a lot of stories for long APs, lasting for a couple of months and even years. At that moment, I had only three weeks. And we decided to get a visa for my wife. In my case, it's more a matter of luck. David's team first achieved a visa for my wife, the principal applicant. And what a surprise! Last week before the 30th September deadline, I received a letter that my AP successfully finished, and a consulate asked for my passport. My visa was issued on the 26th of September. I want to say a big thank you to David and his colleagues Megan Guzman and Jesse Bless, who helped us! As a result, I strongly recommend David! All the best!

DV 2022

I was a 2022 DV lottery winner and attended my interview in the US embassy in Georgia. During my interview the consular officer questioned me about my previous visits to the United States nine years earlier. The consular officer began to accuse me of illegally working in the United States during m...y previous stay and sent me into administrative processing. Since I knew that my visa had to be issued before September 30th, I understood that I had no chance for any decision prior to the required deadline. I turned to David, knowing that as a former consular officer, he had a high-level understanding of the law and could determine how to resolve any possible questions. Due to his extensive experience, David was able to prove and provide strong evidence for the unjust delay in the administrative processing of my case. After a long struggle, we were victorious and our visas were issued. I am very thankful for David's help and professionalism; without him, we would definitely not have received our visas. Thank you David!

CTO in Tech Company

I started working with David after 2 O1 visa rejections in the local embassy where I`m from. It was our last chance to get the visa stamp as it`s hard to believe that you can receive the visa after 2 rejections. But David made it happen. First, he knows the details of specific embassies - which is su...per important because ultimately, you talk to people, not machines, and they make decisions. He knows how processes work there, how you should address concerns in your application, and how to talk during the interview. During the past 2 rejections - we also worked with the US lawyer to receive O1 - but he didn`t know the details of the embassies, and we made a mistake. David helped us fix this mistake, and finally, we received the O1 visa stamp. I highly suggest working with David.

Approval after a denial F1/F2

David helped me and my wife to get our visas approved after the first denial despite the complicated situation. We are from Russia and now it is hard time for Russians to receive US visas, especially after a previous denial. But David helped us to develop the right strategy, choose an Embassy to appl...y to, perfectly prepared us for the interview, and wrote a supporting letter to the Embassy. I definitely recommend him for such complicated immigration cases!
