Bart represented my building in a landlord/tenant dispute. Even though we had all the evidence on our side, it was still a "David vs. Goliath" situation because frankly the whole legal game is so rigged against the average person that we were hard-pressed to even FIND an attorney that would represent... us. Our first lawyer meant well, but she was soon in over her head with the amount of sheer paperwork force our opponent could muster. We were then introduced to another attorney that wanted such a crazy amount of the potential winnings that it was shocking (60%!).
