Nicole Hana Lari-Joni

Nicole Lari-Joni is a litigation and trial attorney, who is dedicated to recovering just and fair compensation for her clients.  Ms. Lari-Joni's practice is primarily concentrated on litigating and trying cases involving personal injury, contract disputes, and/or insurance bad faith.  

Ms. Lari-Joni's personal injury practice covers a wide range of cases, but primarily focuses on severe and catastrophic injuries, including, but not limited to, brain injuries, burn injuries, and wrongful death. With regard to her contract dispute practice, her cases involve tortious cases, including, interference with prospective economic advantage, as well as complex contractual disputes between businesses.  Finally, Ms. Lari-Joni's bad faith practice addresses the issues that arise when insurers fail to treat their loyal, paying clients properly by denying benefits or failing to protect their insureds from lawsuits or other matters.

In litigating the foregoing types of cases on behalf of her clients, Ms. Lari-Joni's has obtained notable jury verdicts and settlements.  In 2011, Ms. Lari-Joni was recognized as the Consumer Attorneys of California's Woman Trial Lawyer of the Year.  Additionally, in 2011, the City of Lancaster awarded a commendation to Ms. Lari-Joni for her excellence in advocating at trial for injured victim's rights.  Among other notable achievements, Ms. Lari-Joni has been honored by SuperLawyers as one of their Rising Stars. No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are named to the prestigous list.  She also has been recognized by the Recorder's edition of the Top 100 Million Dollar Verdict in California, for which one of her jury verdicts recently appeared.
