BEST IN TOWN

BB LAW was added to our legal team fighting a civil case we had been going through for years. Mark stepped in and swiftly got right to business! Settled in a Day! - Uninhabitable

After speaking and visiting with four different attorneys, I finally came across Mark Bloom at BB Law. I explained how I was having an issue with my landlord, and I believed what they were neglecting their responsibilities of providing a safe and habitable place to live. Many other attorneys quickl...y dismissed my position. This was because the Landlord is a very prominent property managment company in the Southern California area, with teams of attorneys at their disposal. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across Mark Bloom at BB Law Firm because I could tell he was different. He was focused on my well-being, the truth of the matter, and I feel that he was guided by a fair and just moral compass. I explained how I was relocated 5 times in over 40 days due to damages which deemed my living situation as uninhabitable. I asserted that the repairs were dragging on into the realm of ridiculousness, and how it was negatively effecting my personal, professional, and mental well-being. He accepted my case and we began to push back against the wrong doing which I have endured. Truthfully, I felt that I was enduring this burden by myself, taking each hit on the chin; however, when Mark Bloom took the case, I felt the burden and weight physically lift from my shoulders. I had been struggling to get an audience with the Landlord so I may plead my case for the better part of a month, however each time they responded, I received a demeaning and belittling response from the Property Manager which made me feel like they knew more than me, and I was helpless to do anything. Once Mark Bloom sent his first letter to the Property Manager and Property Management Company, we received a response that next day. The stern and direct letter from Mark Bloom illustrated the position we decided to take against this wrongdoing. Seeing the truth as a threat now, the Landlord and Property Management Company responded the next day with fair terms. A situation which embroiled every ounce of my mental, physical and professional well-being was now resolved in a little over 2 days. My sincerest thanks to Mark Bloom at BB Law Firm for assisting me in my hour of need. I have no doubt if I was discouraged by the other attorneys and firms, and hesitated to seek professional legal counsel at BB Law Firm, I would still be in this terrible situation today.
