About Nicholas
Biography
Mr. Gullette is a member of the California and Florida Bar. A seasoned litigator of many years, Mr. Gullette concentrates his practice on representing motorcyclists and their families in matters of personal injury and wrongful death.
A former insurance defense attorney, Mr. Gullette has keen insight into the strategies used by insurance carriers and their counsel, and utilizes this experience to the advantage of his clients in maximizing their recovery under the law.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Gullette served as a Board Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner. During this time, he also oversaw the operations and regulatory compliance of a series of blood gas laboratories serving adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care settings. Mr. Gullette capitalizes on the value of his medical knowledge when evaluating cases involving serious injuries and catastrophic damages.
Mr. Gullette graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge, and Cum Laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as Literary Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review.
Among several honors, Mr. Gullette has received the Justice Lewis Powell Award in Oral Advocacy, and was Regional Champion of the 2002 American College of Trial Lawyers National Trial Competition.
Mr. Gullette is a member of The State Bar of California, The Florida Bar, the National Order of Barristers, and the Phi Delta Phi National Legal Honors Fraternity. He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
