I am a serial entrepreneur in Los Angeles and have hired over 20 law firms for my diversified companies within the last decade. Ms. Soofi has provided better council than any full service international law firm I have retained. She provides aggressive professional services and makes me feel comfortable throughout the legal process. She has a diversified skill set encompassing (but not limited to) litigation, IP, entertainment, corporate compliance, HR, Private equity and venture capital. Ms. Soofi has high ethical standards and makes paying for legal services transparent and frictionless. I feel very fortune to have met her and I look forward to a long term professional relationship. I can't speak highly enough of her and I recommend her to anyone with high standards.

I couldn't be happier having hired Attorney Soofi to help with my child's bullying problem at school. She is really excellent at knowing the law and explaining it in a very easy to understand manner. I have no experience with the legal industry, and I am very thankful that i found her because I have heard there are a lot of bad lawyers out there who can really take advantage of you.

I hired Rabeh's firm to assist me with a privacy violation caused by one of the medical facilities that I visited, who negligently released information about me. I found Rabeh to have a knowledgeable understanding of the laws as she was able to clearly explain to me how best to proceed and what the options were. Rabeh is one of the few lawyers I have worked in the past that really listens and you feel has your best interests in mind. She clearly has compassion for clients, and is honest in a way that I have never had prior lawyers be with me. I was happy with the outcome and recommend her highly.

Rabeh is hands down, an amazing lawyer. She was hired to help us with an entertainment business company, and I have to say - I have never met a more honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable lawyer.
I met her through a seminar that she presented, and was immediately impressed by how knowledgeable she was about the kinds of legal issues our company was facing. It is so hard to find good lawyers these days that you can rely on to give you the straight honest facts. She did a great job for us.

I couldn’t be happier when I retained Ms. Soofi. She was wonderful via consultation call so we signed a contract based on prepaid trust account. I felt safe and happy because I trusted her and there wouldn’t be invoices regarding attorneys fees without notice. Everything went well until I learned that Ms. Soofi was playing very much her own game behind a curtain without telling me. Despite I received a friendly emails from Ms. Soofi constantly, she was hiding ‘important things’ from me regarding my case. When I found out her unethical action, I asked via email what was going on and her lovely attitude changed immediately. Ms. Soofi didn’t take any responsibility and I started to receive mean spirited emails from her. I fired her and asked a refund but she ignored my request. Further, when Ms. Soofi found out that I was going to terminate her, she emailed me a fabricated invoice despite our ‘prepaid’ contract.
I filed a complaint The State Bar and retained a new attorney. Few weeks later my new attorney received a five paged email from Ms. Soofi where she was trash mouthing me in various way. It was beyond unprofessional behavior because this extremely abusive, personal and unethical email came from the person whom I retained to help me - not hurt me. First I was going to put this email behind me but at this point I was concerned Ms. Soofi’s mental state so I sent it The State Bar as an additional information.
Last week I received a response from the State Bar as following: “We are concerned regarding the content of some of Ms. Soofi’s emails that you recently provided us. To help Ms. Soofi understand her ethical responsibilities and avoid future complaints, our office has directed her to resources, such as State Bar’s Ethics School, and provided her information about educational materials, such as Rules of Professional conduct and ethics opinions, to guide her future actions.”
I agree with this statement. I hope Ms. Soofi going to educate herself so she learn to be truthful, open and honest with her clients. I also hope she learn to respect other people and the most importantly, take a responsibility and apologize.

I am so happy we found Attorney Soofi. She is maybe the most honest and hardworking person I ever hired. She was kind and has a huge heart and I feel like we have a protector for life. I never had anyone stick up for me and my rights as much as she did.

Rabeh is without a doubt the best lawyer I have ever hired. She is extremely smart, aggressive, and compassionate. So relieved and happy we found her.

She took on one of the strangest cases in the history of the world. I was being sued by a lawyer and he was lying and under indictment by the California Bar. I was in another State. At first, I handled the case myself. Which, resulted in him not notifying me of anything and breaking all kinds of rules.
Then, I hired another attorney. He did a demurrer as the case was ridiculous. HOWEVER, little did he really get that this lawyer stoops to no low levels and lies at a whim.
This lawyer is so bad that his mere lawsuit resulted in the California Bar issuing a warning letter (the person suing me).
Everyone I talked to was mostly useless. They knew it was a frivalous case to shut me up and stop the bar complaint. Still, it costs money and life isn't fair.
Once I hired Rabeh my life became more easy.
She showed a great compassion and was far greater than many attorneys I spoke with. She's one of those attorneys that when you get a bill you feel she undercharged you.
One caveat is she needs to sharpen her teeth when it comes to war. In my case she has to consult the State Bar for advice and I already was pursuing issues in a certain manner. Mrs. Soofi will never be a Mafia attorney or for those obvious criminals. She's going to work for those in the lower classes and those in the right but with lack of resources and for that I salute her. We need more lawyers like her and I uniquevicolly state that if you hire her you will get a bargain basement price on a top notch attorney who seems to love (for whatever reason) what she does and cares about right vs. wrong and morality.
Of this case I spent $500 for a garbage advice, $1000 for a B.S. demurrer that wasted my filing fee. Sued for 55K. What happened? I paid Rabeh for her time under 2K and the opposing party's case is dismissed and he is embarrassed and humiliated even having to go to his insurance company. Mrs. Soofi came up with laws like Fair Debt Collection Act I didn't cover nor did some others in a top notch Top 10 Law school. The end. She's worth it.

I hired rabeh as she started her new firm as managing attorney for my employment case. I was in a situation where i no longer felt my interests were being looked out for from a different firm, so i decided a more passionate attorney would be best for my case. Rabeh was there for me every step of the way. She made everything simple and as stress free as she could, and transfering to her was far easier than i imagined. My case was a challenge, but it had depth and meaning and rabeh recognized this early on. She is not just an attorney who comes in to argue the technical legalities, she is a true advocate. Within 6 weeks of hiring rabeh, she had the defendants rolling out settlement pffers and she really knew how to negotiate, she knew how to understand both the plaintiffs and the defense perspective. Rabeh ended up obtaining a settlement figure 4-5 times higher than the previous firm i hired.
She was professional, tactful, genuine, and SUCCESFUL.
I highly recommend rabeh for your legal advicate.
