Solved our tenant problem in LA

We were dealing with problem tenants in an LAHD area and needed an attorney who truly understood the local requirements. Marianne was sharp, thorough, and communicated clearly throughout. Great representation and a successful outcome.

Paralegal or A Referral Attorney

Very disappointed hired her and she sent someone else to court and I had to speak up for myself. Hired her again and she Lost the TRO. Asked her to represent in a civil suit she stated she needed to check for other counsel to help her. Nice mature lady sharp temperament means well.

Landlord

Ms Borselle had to deal with a tenant that didn't pay rent and broke his lease in other ways as well. She did this with a judge who was sympathetic to tenants.
