Isai and his team are tax attorneys whom you can trust. He works hard and delivers good result. He keeps his promises and makes sure you are in good hands. I had to deal with an audit from the IRS, and was not looking forward to it. They threatened you with all these taxes and penalties, but Bismar...k Tax was able to remove 1000% of the penalties that they threatened me with. Isai and the other attorney are aggressive and they know what they are doing. The results were better than I could have hoped, the cost was beyond reasonable, and I will most likely not have to search for tax-related services again, now that I have found Isai and his team. He works hard for his customers. He calls back, he texts back and he emails back right away. I can’t possibly recommend highly enough.

Isai Cortez and Jason Peart are THE BEST tax lawyers I could have asked for. The IRS was asking for $76K and Jason got it reduced to $16K! I met with Isai first and he was very knowledgeable and confident. I met with Jason the second time. He was just as wonderful as Isai. Jason really dug in and got... it DONE! I can't say enough good things about Bismark Tax. After not filing taxes for 20 years a judgment for approximately 80 thousand plus dollars was filed by the IRS. I was sent probably 200 letters by attorneys trying to get my business, which made me skeptical of all of them. When the IRS began takin...g my entire paycheck, I was left with no option but dealing with my tax issues I discovered Bismark tax and Isai via the Internet and reviews on yelp and elsewhere. I was very skeptical of him as I have never had a good experience with lawyers but I was more terrified at the prospect of dealing with the IRS myself, so I met with Isai and I liked him, although I was still apprehensive and my friends were advising me not to get an attorney. I myself was thinking that paying him to file my taxes might be a waste of money and that I should file them myself, but considering he filed 10 years worth I consider the money well spent. In the end he was cheaper than if I had used an accountant. When I decided to hire Isai I had just had eye surgery and was unable to drive he came to my house to pick up my payment and paperwork which was above and beyond my expectations. He has also, always been available to talk with me on the phone and to meet with him at his office. He has also been very honest and straightforward about what he could and couldnt do to help me, unlike the offers I had received in the mail which promised the world. He did not give me all the deductions I wanted or thought I deserved but I either did not have adequate paperwork to back them up or he felt they would not pass an audit. So far I have only paid him to file my taxes and I'm now at the stage where I need to pay him to negotiate with the IRS. As I had pretty much given him all the money I had, and the IRS was taking my entire paycheck he managed to get my tax liens removed temporarily so I can at least make some money to live on and of course pay him. He even spent three hours on the phone with the IRS on tax day April 15 in order to get the IRS to fax the suspension of the lien to my employer before my check was taken which will allow me to pay my rent and bills this month. I will let you know how things turn out over the next year but if you are considering hiring Bismark tax and dealing with your tax problems I highly recommend this firm.

I can't say enough good things about Isai. My wife and I had been penalized almost $5,000 after we tried to start our own business (LLC). We had our first child and this changed things a bit and we decided to hold off on opening the business, however, we didn't realize we were still liable to file t...he first year's tax return since we never became operational. With our new baby, hospital bills, and since my wife was laid off leaving me as the only household income, we just had no means of paying this off. Enter Isai. When I first called Bizmark Tax, I expected a receptionist to pick up the phone, like some of the other places I'd called. At the time, I didn't realize I was speaking with Isai himself! He was very friendly and his personality resonated through the phone. He first listened very attentively to our issue and then explained how he could help. He was very upfront and knowledgeable about the process of getting this type of issue taken care of. Not only that, but his price was the best of the other 5 places I'd called... by far! He offered to meet with me after work hours during the week, but since that didn't work too well with my schedule, he even offered to meet on Saturday when he normally doesn't work. To make a long story short, we met on Saturday, he called me Monday morning with updates letting me know things were looking good, and by Monday evening he called me back letting me know that the issue had been resolved and that all of our $5,000 in penalties were going to be removed. Unbelievable. One more note...we received a letter in the mail about 2 weeks later letting us know that our penalties were going to be removed. I texted Isai letting him know, and he got back to me within minutes even though he was on vacation out of the country at the time. Good luck finding this kind of service anywhere else! Thank you Isai for helping our family out. I don't know what we would have done without you, and now we can put that money towards raising our son to provide him with the things he needs. I would, and do, recommend Isai to anyone -- it's a no brainer. You won't be disappointed. He is great.
