I was quite impressed by Sarah's knowledge, great judgment and advice, thoroughness and patience in explaining complex issues. She is also very caring for the family. I had brief conversations with several attorney's regarding our time-sensitive dilemma and Sarah's responses provided the most comfort... and best guidance we badly needed at a critical time. By and large, attorneys share a baseline of knowledge. What sets one apart from another is how responsive they are and how good they are to work with and, on these criteria, Sarah certainly gets top scores. That said, she also knows her stuff and has an impressive mind for detail. My husband and I... were eager to complete our trust within a month. With Sarah, we created a timetable and stuck to it. Sarah accommodated meetings on two Saturday mornings. She also returned every email the same day. There were never periods of "radio silence," as I've experienced with other attorneys. When we were a bit overwhelmed with the length and detail of our draft trust, she patiently walked us through it. She produced a thoroughly professional final notebook (with color-coded tabs!) and handed it off to us over a holiday weekend. In short, she went the extra mile from beginning to end. Her fee was quite reasonable -- and worth every penny. We will use her again.
