Ron Papell is nothing short of an amazing attorney. He guided me personally from the very first time i called up until the end of the case. My wife Katherine was in a serious car accident on Pacific Coast Hwy. in May, 2010. Choosing Ron Papell to represent her was a great decision. First and most important, he got her an amount of money that exceeded our expectations by far! Of course, you would hope for that from a good attorney, but... Ron did that and much more. Katherine had a long hard recovery ahead of her and wanted to focus on that alone and I work full-time. We had no idea how much work was involved in dealing with hospital and ambulance bills to medical products companies to caregivers to legal documents to accident reports, etc., etc, etc… He made the entire process for us pretty simple. I remember Ron hugging Katherine (gently) a couple of times and holding her hand telling her it’s all going to be okay. When we had questions or needed help, we ALWAYS got taken care of quickly. We had so many questions… They also did a great job of keeping us informed. The last two things I want to mention blew me away! Ron got Katherine her settlement without her ever having to give a deposition. I still can’t believe it. That was so special, because Katherine was terrified and absolutely dreading the fact that her deposition was almost a certainty. She’s very shy to begin with and the last thing she wanted to do was relive her accident and thankfully, she didn’t have to… Then, you hear stories about these kinds of cases dragging on forever, but not here. The speed in which the entire case was resolved was so darn impressive. Believe me, when it’s all over, you’ll want to take this guy to dinner!
