As a teenager, I was in need of legal representation after having been in an auto accident that, over time, rendered me unable to use my dominant hand. With little to no parental presence or guidance behind me, I was leery of seeking representation from those who were eager to discuss their commission and fees; who saw easy financial gain when a young girl walked through their door. After doing extensive research and taking multiple interviews, Ron was without a doubt the clear choice and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to obtain his counsel.
Ron was confident that he could help me and turned out to be exactly what I needed: a no-nonsense, staunch, morally upstanding lawyer, who would adamantly fight for me. Though courtroom results proved to be only a small fraction of what it meant to have Ron on my side. More importantly, he was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing, exemplified by the constant kindness and compassion he showed me. His intention was not solely to win my case; he was equally, if not more determined to make sure I regained as much use in my hand as I could. While winning my case would provide me with the financial means to obtain necessary medical treatment in the future, Ron and his staff were steadfast in their search and didn’t waste any time before getting me to the best doctors throughout the course of my litigation process, ensuring that I got the immediate medical attention necessary to reduce my ever-present pain, help me regain mobility, and break me free from the defensive nature I’d adopted to protect my hand from further injury. Words cannot express how important time is to someone wrapped up in litigation with an injury such as mine. Procuring treatment was something that could not wait if long-term damage was to be minimized. My health being the top priority made me feel like I was in good hands with Ron and his team at The Law Offices of Ronald M. Papell. What also made me comfortable and confident in my decision to have Ron represent me were the things they did day in and day out. Never was I left uninformed as to the direction of my case– he and his staff always kept me updated about every move they made and where we stood. Nor was I ever left without an explanation in regards to any and every part of the legal process- for which I remain especially thankful.
I have the utmost respect for Ron and the way he carries himself, handles his cases, and deals with his clients. He truly is an honest and decorous lawyer. While others insinuated that I should lie, exaggerate or accentuate my condition, Ron forbade such things. His ability to separate what he would do – what he could do – and what is best for his clients is no better exemplified than in the final moments before reaching a settlement in what had become a seemingly endless mediation: when Ron turned to me and confessed that he’d be lying if he didn’t say that he wanted to go to court and do what he does best. I was blown away by the honesty, especially because it was not a statement made in conceit or as a means to dissuade me from a settlement I was agreeable to, but as an earnest admission that he wished he could have done more for me, that I was worth fighting for, and that he wanted to give me his all. For an attorney of such savvy and stature as Ron to put himself second to what was best for me, only goes to speak to his great character and the enduring morality he brings to the practice of law.
Ron is an amazing attorney who cares about the well being of his clients, going above and beyond to ensure that their quality of life reaches a higher standard as a result of his counsel. I am eternally grateful for the significant role he has played in my life and wouldn’t think twice about recommending him to anyone in need of legal representation!

I didn't realize how lucky I had it, with Ron! When I was in my car accident he walked me through every step and won my case. But beyond that, my friends told me horrible stories of their lawyers not calling them back, sitting on information for over a year and dropping the ball. That will NEVER happen with Ron. He's on top of it, and forces his clients to be on top of it too, it is for this reason, I think he's the absolute best lawyer!

Ron Papell is a lawyer's lawyer. He is one of those rare lawyers who would be successful practicing trial law in any area, but chooses to represent individuals. He's as entertaining as he is proficient in the law. If you are lucky enough to have Ron representing you in your case, you will get the very highest level of service from him. He did a fantastic job representing my wife -- a settlement in the face of the most obnoxious insurance adjusters you can imagine.
