I hired Latanya in December of 2015, for possibly one of the most complex of bi-coastal custody cases -- so complex that judges from three states had to consult with one another. I won't get too much into the details, as it is very personal to me, but Latanya handled herself with the utmost professio...nalism every step of the way. We definitely faced major setbacks, and at one point I almost had a breakdown right in the courtroom hallway. Latanya calmed the whole situation down and as usual, strategically came up with potential solutions. It is now January 2017 and I have a wonderful relationship with my daughter, which in a major, major way is thanks to the hard groundwork of Latanya. She actually cares.

In 30 minutes she told me more information than my other attorneys (combined) had told me in 2 years. She kept her cool in the courtroom, always read the temperament of the room and knew how to get the best for me. I honestly can't thank her enough for what she did for me. I was so broken, vulnerable, confused, and tired by the time I met her. I had no faith in lawyers (from high powered $400/hour attorneys to free legal aid) she is the most caring, detailed, smart, and calculated (in a good way) lawyer I've met. She empowered me in every aspect of my life by empowering me in my representation. If you are on the fence about contacting her, don't be!!! I promise you, she is the most skilled, and dependable attorney's you will ever have. I hope I never have to go through something like this again, but if I find myself back in court, she will be the first person I call...she'll be easy to find-- she's listed under my FAVORITES :)

Latanya is a smart, honest and very eloquent attorney. I hired her to represent me in my domestic violence restraining order case after my ex had retained an attorney and I am so glad I picked her. When I first met her I felt that she truly care about my case and she knew the law. She was straight up... honest about the possible outcomes and was great at playing devils advocate when preparing for our hearing. She was the most caring attorney that I consulted with, spent about 2 hours of her day giving me a free consultation and was never pushy or asking me for money.
