I am a current client of Mrs. Sewell and I must say that I was very fortunate and blessed to have come in contact with her. It is very rare that you find an attorney that is as passionate in their line of work as she is. She understands the true meaning of her work and strives to ensure that her cl...ientele's needs are met. The key things that stood out to me about her was her willingness to help those in need, her responsiveness (either by phone or email), and her trustworthiness. These are key factors when choosing an attorney and I felt secure knowing that she would be able to work with me to resolve my legal matters. Being that I am located out-of-state, I was somewhat concerned on the responsiveness, but when I met Mrs. Sewell and worked with her, all of those insecurities disappeared. Although she recently passed her bar, if you get a chance to speak with her, she will tell you that she has over a decade of experience in family law which enables her to provide expert knowledge. I am forever thankful for her assistance in expediting my dissolution of marriage and appreciate her taking the petition at such last minute. It is definitely rare that you find an attorney as passionate as her in the field. I recommend her to anyone experiencing family issues such as a divorce, support, or custody. I definitely give her an overall rating of 5 stars and in all categories a rating of 5.

Attorney Sewell gave me advice on how to handle my custody/visitation case. I had no money (unemployed) to hire her but that did not stop her from explaining in detail my options and how each worked in California courts. She recommended I go for a modification of custody as opposed to filing a contem...pt case on my ex and the later is harder to prove and win - even with an attorney - and the outcome is usually much less than expected. Although I wrote up my own paperwork, I was much more confident I was moving in the right direction.

Ms. Sewell was extremely thorough in assisting me with my divorce. She was always respectful and professional with regards to my ex-husband. She insured that my ex-husband and I never got off track during our meetings. Ms. Sewell made sure that we both understood the contents of our documents and ...that we were all in agreement with the divorce settlement. I appreciate the fact that Ms. Sewell made sure that I was comfortable with the decisions I made during my divorce process. Whatever questions I asked were always answered. I felt that each time we spoke over the phone or met in her office, I had her undivided attention. I have since referred friends to her for legal advice, as well as legal services. I can safely say that Ms. Sewell will always be my first choice when it comes to family law and I will continue to recommend her when the circumstances present themselves.`

I met Attorney Sewell around 2009. She was a paralegal at the time and display high quality professional legal standards. She has not only set precedence in my case but in other loves one I have refer her to represent.
