Incorporating business

Mr Junicic was member of our legal team that worked on incorporation of our business in foreign jurisdiction. He communicated his findings promptly and left no question unanswered. He is very detail oriented and we had a feeling we were in good hands and with someone who knows what is he talking about. He connected with attorneys in foreign country and oversaw incorporation of our subsidiary until certification of incorporation was received. Without any doubts, we would work with him again.

Great attorney

Damir worked with us to resolve personal injury claim. From the early beginning, he worked with our adjuster to develop strategy for full resolution and had some great advise regarding investigation and independent medical examination. Later during the mediation he worked up things with opposing counsel in professional manner and to our full satisfaction.

Great attorney

We have worked with Damir to resolve corporate issue involving international law. He is very knowledgeable of foreign legal systems and he was able to navigate us through complex rules of civil law. He always replied to our inquires in timely manner and if he could not be reached, he would send a message with timeframe when he will call back. Highly professional and efficient
