Mr. Asvar took my traumatic brain injury case. I survived a blast at work which left no visible abnormalities on the face of it. My suffering has been immense and incomprehensible, and to have my case taken by this firm means that the most difficult part of my life is being addressed appropriately. If you have neurological, emotional problems or other “weird,” issues in the appropriate context, you could have an undiagnosed TBI. Do you have a dx of anxiety , ptsd, or some kind of personality disorder right after a head incident ...? It takes an assertive advocate to connect the dots and the workers comp doctor only cares about plausible deniability when it comes to their deliberate malpractice. My life was ruined by this, but hiring this firm turned that around.

Although Asvar Law is a great law firm, the staff Mr. Asvar has is amazing. That's not to take away anything from Chris. Chris is the owner of this firm, and I am extremely amazed at the level of patience this firms has. Carla, Jonathan, and the other person. I don't know her name, but next time I pl...an to get it. I have to say Carla is the most amazing. This person has an amazing personality, and she will calm you down in a New York minute. I give five stars because of my previous experience with W/C attorney's. If your lucky enough to have this firm represent you, then expect nothing less than an attorney who knows your name personally.
