All types of Immigration cases including adjustment of status, consular processing, citizenship applications, Deferred Action, work permits, tourist visas, U Visas, VAWA, NACARA, TPS, Immigration Court, bond hearings, and Appeals of denial decisions.

I represent clients in many areas of Family Law including child custody, child support, spousal support, child visitation and divorce proceedings. I also assist clients with paternity actions, name changes and changes to California birth certificates to reflect name changes and/or parentage.

I have been involved with the practice of criminal defense since interning with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office in Vista, California in 1994 while still a law student. With my knowledge of Immigration Law, I am able to effectively represent clients in criminal proceedings while attempting to obtain results which have minimal or no impact on their immigration cases. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and I firmly believe that everybody deserves a second chance.
