Run Fast, Don't believe all the five stars reviews are all made by Jennifer Leah Rozdzielski, Families and Friends. the truth is she's is the worst Lawyer ever, She ripped me off, total of 6,200.00 dollars. I paid her first 200.00 for the consultation then she ask for 500.00 dollars to study the cas...e, I paid the money then she called me the next day and told me that she can help me if I pay 5,500.00 dollars as soon as I Paid Jennifer the money she told me that she couldn't help me anymore, and when I ask about the money she refused to refund any of my money. I don't recommend her or any one from her office. I lost total of 6,200.00 dollars.

We hired Jennifer to help us with my green card application. From the outset Jennifer was a wealth of knowledge and assured us that our application would be straightforward. This assurance was much appreciated as the process was fairly lengthy and required some patience on my part while the applicati...on was being processed. Jennifer was thoroughly professional and responded to any query we had via email or phone/text promptly. I would have no in hesitation in recommending Jennifer to other clients.

My case wasn't typical as it also involved a long (23+ yrs) standing deportation for failure to appear in court as I had moved out of state and didn't receive the letter with the scheduled appointment. Although I am married to a US citizen and have 4 U.S born children each and every lawyer still ...stated that I would need to go out of the country in order to proceed which was NOT an option for us for one reason or another. We/I went to many different attorneys - most denying me due to the difficulty of the case for one reason or another. Most if not all stated that I would have to leave the country as stated earlier. I was looking to stay in the country (not wanting to risk leaving) in which Jennifer made it happen. I felt very discouraged in continuing finding help until I found Jennifer. She assured me that it could be done and would send frequent updates on my case. Every lawyer I talked to beforehand told me my deportation would take a couple years to remove and Jennifer did it within a couple months. After that she submitted necessary paperwork for green card processing and I received it in less than 3 months. I highly recommend her for any case especially difficult ones like mine. Any question I had she answered within a timely manner. I was very impressed with her experience, time management, and competence. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Since the first day I talked with her I knew she could help me. Jennifer truly changed my life and of course my family. We will forever be greatful.
