The case I had an outstanding dispute with a slumlord of a Landlord, who was quite difficult to deal with. The property was in a constant state of disrepair, there was rodent infestation, and mold to say the least. Towards the end it was a nightmare to live there. I was threatened that if I left earlier than the end of lease ,despite many request from me , to get the health issues resolved, I would be taken to court. I started to look for a lawyer immediately. This law firm was one of many I had talked to. I chose them because Jacob was very clear, to the point and treated me with respect. Initial Consult I went into the office after setting up an appointment over the phone, it's a pretty big office, quite impressive actually. His staff immediately greet you and have you seated. I did wait a bit for the meeting, it's to be expected in a busy law firm. When they were ready to see me, I went to meet Jacob upstairs in a huge office. Jacob listened to my case, asked me questions, and I showed him my documents and photos. He listened intentently, and told me his opinion of my case. He was straight to the point, no sales tactics or upfront fees( some lawyers do). He told me what he could do , what a realistic goal would be. I went home, thought it over and came back and proceeded with his representation with my case. Legal proceedings can take a long time but this law firm was very speedy with the case. Keep this in mind, a month or two can go by for the ball to get rolling. This is normal, plus this is a busy law firm. Armando was my lawyer who oversaw all the intricate details of my case. He put me at ease about the process and told me he's on it. He was very easy to talk to, respectful and understood my case well. He gave me status updates, frequently. He really fought for me and didn't allow me to get low balled by the other side, I appreciated that. I overall felt he did a great job at communicating and ensuring things went smoothly. 5 stars for Armando ! Jacob also kept in touch and oversaw things as well. I highly recommend Jacob partiyeli and his office. His office and Jacob represented my parents personal injury case they show a great deal of compassion and show that they care for my parents injuries from the very beginning their main focus was to get my parents right to make sure they felt right to... make sure their health was right and they were compassionate about the whole situation they try to make my parents feel as comfortable as possible they work with my parents location to find the nearest doctor so they can avoid long trips for their treatments. This office went above and beyond the customer service and really wow me and my parents on the way how fast a turnaround on getting things done for their case, I almost started feeling sorry for the insurance company that had to deal with his office they made sure my parents was taken care of from the beginning and then make sure my parents were even taken care of even after they settled they even checked in after the case was over still to stay in touch.
