If I could give Lindsay LESS THAN A ZERO...trust me I would. Lindsay MAY be a decent Education Attorney, but she is a LESS than adequate criminal attorney! Maybe she has gotten better in the last two years, who knows. I hired her for a complicated criminal matter in 2015. Granted, I knew that she was... WET BEHIND THE EARS when I hired her, but she was the only representation (if you want to call it that), that I could afford. Remember the saying...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. VERY true in this matter. Prior to hiring her, I was being represented, (if you want to call it that), by a Public Defender. Back to Lindsay, I hired her...what a HUGE mistake that was. Unfortunately it was during a Mercury Retrograde period when I hired her as well, which seemed to have definitely affected the communication between us. She had absolutely NO clue as to what she was doing. I felt like I was the attorney. I was doing all the research, etc. She DID NOT speak up on my behalf, DID NOT present information that she should have to the District Attorney, etc. She acted very timid at the time. Gave me the impression that she was afraid of the District Attorney and the Judge. She ended up being NO different than the so called lawyer before her...working with the District Attorney, instead of working for me. She was definitely NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME two years ago. Bottom line is that having her so call represent me, I ended up getting 3 years @ half. I am now among the free again. I have paid my debt to society and I am trying to positively move forward with my life. NO THANKS TO LINDSAY. Reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one who feels negatively about her so called legal representation. Quite frankly, if she has learned anything about complex criminal matters, she likely learned it from dealing with me and my case. READY FOR PRIME TIME....SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT!!

Hired her to file a motion that she claims she filed. I had to go down to the court myself to find out she never did. She lies and takes your money, I was 8 months pregnant and she had no consideration whatsoever about taking my money. I have also reported her to the state bar because she took $1,200... from me. Lied about what she did then failed to return my calls. Tried to make me feel like I was requesting for too much. I hired her for my husband's case, he was in custody and she never visited him or accepted any of his calls. She also blamed ventura court for not giving us a court date after she filed the motion. She comes across very knowledgeable and trustful. I am very disappointed as she seems like a nice person but she is very unethical.

I hired Lindsay Vose to remove a bench warrant against me for a false Hit N Run case back in Feb., 2017. She took my $300 and told me that the warrant will be removed in a few days and that I would get a letter from the court in the mail. I NEVER DID. She kept lying to me for 2 months. I finally said... you need to look into this case since I was worried not having heard from the court. After several emails with no responses, she finally said that SHE would need to tell the court what date works best for me. I felt something was super fishy since she was saying the opposite of what she had told me before so I decided to call the court myself. I come to find out, the bench warrant was still outstanding and that she never got it removed even though she took my money and emailed me saying that she did. CON Artist! And to make matters worse she was lying even further that the "court" needed a date! She never went to court for me so how the hell would they ever ask for it! DON'T WORK WITH HER, she's unprofessional and a liar. She's been reported to State Bar of California and now I have to fight to get my $300 back since she never did her job.

I hired JusticeCrusaders.org to resolve a legal matter dating back to 2012. Lindsay Vose is the attorney assigned to me by Justice Crusaders. From our first communication Ms. Vose was very professional, articulate, and obviously had a familiarity with my type of case. She is also always availa...ble to me as a client, and has responded to my inquiries seven days a week, always within a day, usually within a few hours . I have to admit, and I am ashamed to say this may reflect a personal bias, that I was shocked how well she can maneuver through the minefield that is a criminal court proceeding . My bias was not due to gender, heck we have three women on the Supreme Court. My bias was due to Ms. Vose being so young and I feared she would lack the experience and seasoning that comes with years of litigating case law. I can tell you with absolute certainty Ms. Vose dispelled that myth the first day she appeared in court on my behalf. She performed absolutely flawlessly against a somewhat belligerent prosecutor and swayed the judge to render a fair decision . Although I felt the decision was just and was deserved, this case was by no means an easy one and the majority of attorneys would not have performed as well as Ms. Vose. I won't go into specifics regarding the rate Ms. Vose and Justice Crusaders charge, but I will say I have paid six times their hourly rate and gotten far less capable representation . I will be recommending Ms. Vose and her firm to anyone who needs exceptional legal representation at an extremely affordable rate.

Lindsay is an excellent lawyer. She was incredibly helpful and very efficient with her time while working on my case. Her level of expertise and knowledge was reflected in the high quality of the work she provided. She communicated very clearly and kept me up to date on everything that happened th...roughout a trying period in my life. I was very satisfied with the results we received and would highly recommend her to anyone.
