Lindsay Elizabeth Vose

I hired Lindsay Vose to remove a bench warrant against me for a false Hit N Run case back in Feb., 2017. She took my $300 and told me that the warrant will be removed in a few days and that I would get a letter from the court in the mail. I NEVER DID. She kept lying to me for 2 months. I finally said... you need to look into this case since I was worried not having heard from the court. After several emails with no responses, she finally said that SHE would need to tell the court what date works best for me. I felt something was super fishy since she was saying the opposite of what she had told me before so I decided to call the court myself. I come to find out, the bench warrant was still outstanding and that she never got it removed even though she took my money and emailed me saying that she did. CON Artist! And to make matters worse she was lying even further that the "court" needed a date! She never went to court for me so how the hell would they ever ask for it! DON'T WORK WITH HER, she's unprofessional and a liar. She's been reported to State Bar of California and now I have to fight to get my $300 back since she never did her job.
