If I could give Lindsay LESS THAN A ZERO...trust me I would. Lindsay MAY be a decent Education Attorney, but she is a LESS than adequate criminal attorney! Maybe she has gotten better in the last two years, who knows. I hired her for a complicated criminal matter in 2015. Granted, I knew that she was... WET BEHIND THE EARS when I hired her, but she was the only representation (if you want to call it that), that I could afford. Remember the saying...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. VERY true in this matter. Prior to hiring her, I was being represented, (if you want to call it that), by a Public Defender. Back to Lindsay, I hired her...what a HUGE mistake that was. Unfortunately it was during a Mercury Retrograde period when I hired her as well, which seemed to have definitely affected the communication between us. She had absolutely NO clue as to what she was doing. I felt like I was the attorney. I was doing all the research, etc. She DID NOT speak up on my behalf, DID NOT present information that she should have to the District Attorney, etc. She acted very timid at the time. Gave me the impression that she was afraid of the District Attorney and the Judge. She ended up being NO different than the so called lawyer before her...working with the District Attorney, instead of working for me. She was definitely NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME two years ago. Bottom line is that having her so call represent me, I ended up getting 3 years @ half. I am now among the free again. I have paid my debt to society and I am trying to positively move forward with my life. NO THANKS TO LINDSAY. Reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one who feels negatively about her so called legal representation. Quite frankly, if she has learned anything about complex criminal matters, she likely learned it from dealing with me and my case. READY FOR PRIME TIME....SHE IS DEFINITELY NOT!!

Lindsay is an excellent lawyer. She was incredibly helpful and very efficient with her time while working on my case. Her level of expertise and knowledge was reflected in the high quality of the work she provided. She communicated very clearly and kept me up to date on everything that happened th...roughout a trying period in my life. I was very satisfied with the results we received and would highly recommend her to anyone.
