Conflict of interest

I hired Brad to inform me of my rights, to advocate for my best interest after I learned I was being exploited. The retainer was for wage and hour, overtime, there were 5 others but did not include missclasification. In the demand letter he neglected many weekend worked and minimized the hours of ove...rtime. He warned against retaliation. The evidence was as presentable like proof on a platter. The retaliation resulted in the death of my beloved Dog. And a traumatic injury to me. To keep this short, Brad lied to me and denied me my rights. There would be many that he chose to step aside and allow the deffence to avoid significant liability. In conspiracy, he concealed pertinent documents. He allowed the deffence to purchase a workers comp policy 1 month after date of an industrial injury. He allowed them to falsify payroll records. And so much more that constitutes "Intentional misrepresentation. The small settlement he drew per their instruction served their best interest in full. The two things meant for my benefit in exchange for release of extensive liability were proven to be fraud. The monetary benefit was structured in ways that deducted every cent from the benefits I was intitled to. The 2nd was my right to persue recovery and return to health and move on with my life. Just as the system was designed to do. The implication being the beneficiary of this laten policy was intentionally set with the independent adjusters hired by the employer to defraud me for 4 yrs. I relied completely on Brad. I trusted him so much that I never suspected he had lied to me on every legal matter which allowed me to be so severely victimized until almost 1 year after I was positioned to choose between living on the street or signing a C&R which was procured with so much fraud that my work comp attorney could not or would not handle. After 8 months living in my car and my time spent divided into researching the law and my files and contacting so many attorneys that I would run out of them in my view and end up calling many again. That was about 50% of how I spent my time, the other 50% I spent, still spend, paralyzed, staring out my car window or the walls I now have. Hours, days, my mind never has room to get board or retain things needed to function properly. The facts are, collectively several big shots set out to destroy 1 little person that was a very devoted, caring, hard working, live-in caregiver. And they succeeded. Completely disabled, issolated, untreated injuries, untreated trauma, sick much of the time, no way to fix this. The bottom line, I believe is, there is no accountability in these systems. Whoever has the most hotels on the menopoly board wins. The end. Or is it? I don't expect this to post. I can hope that someone that matters will read this. FYI, I do have all supporting documents nesissary for lagitimacy. If I had the benefit of a review like mine my life would be completely different. It would be my life.
