Biography
I have been practicing law as a litigator for over 35 years whereby I have extensive experience in family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Over the course of this vast experience I have conducted criminal and civil jury trials as well as complex family law court trials. I have also litigated cases in the higher appellate courts.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, after having received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, I worked for the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office. I acquired expertise in forensic science and criminal identification qualifying me to conduct training in those subjects. On numerous occasions I qualified and testified in court as an expert in the science of fingerprints.
