First let me tell you about David Paz Soldan; he is an individual that cares about the people he is serving. He was always courteous, listened to me and made me feel secure with my choice. I was very fortunate to have Attorney David Paz Soldan represent me in my immigration case. In 2000 I found o...ut that I had an immigration hold due to an incident that happened a few years prior. I went to renew my permanent resident card and I was detained for 3 months in the immigration department to be deported. I was transported from Oregon to Arizona; fortunately my family was able to bail me out and I moved back with my family in California. My troubles with the immigration department were not over; I had to find an attorney to represent me for my hearing. I had consulted many attorneys who would not take my case; they told me it was too difficult of a case. My case went on for many years and was just settled in April 2014; the case was dismissed.
