I had a title insurance case where Chris represented me. His knowledge of insurance bad faith and construction defect were exceptionally helpful when trying to fight a large title insurance company that did not disclose any easements and several other omissions on a title report that covered my home.... He was able to get some damages based on the fact that the omissions were a part of the public record. He handled the case well and was responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time, even though it took a long time. He was able to get damages in a situation where I had little recourse. Overall, it was a very impressive result.
