Sergio Jose Siderman

The Siderman Law firm helped me pivot into the next chapter of my life. I moved to the US from Asia and then Europe and when I came here, I wanted to stay. I found a place to live but needed a work permit and some other (I was completely unaware) documents. My friends were like "you need a lawye...r". I had a friend who went thru this with Siderman Law so it was a no brainer that I follow her path. I saw the great things he and his team were doing and decided to give him a try. The initial meeting was free and was very informative. I learned so much that day. I then had to get a background check and identity verification and we were off and running. The process for full citizenship is long but I'm well on my way. I have a work permit because of the hard work of Siderman. I have only paid for services rendered. I am extremely happy with Sergio Siderman and will use him for any matters that arise in the future. He helped me with my new life!

Hired Siderman to represent me on a case where ICE came to my job (yes that's a real thing). Someone reported that people were working and living at my place of employ without legal status. After being detained, I was able to contact Siderman to get help. He started with my options and didn't;t c...harge me for the advice. I retained him and he fought tooth and nail to get me free and legal. After he got me released, I was able to obtain a work permit. He then went so far as to help my relatives who were tied to my case at no additional cost. His firm is big on human rights so he helped at a discount. What a man!!!

Wow. This guy did it again. I got my work permit and driver's license as a client with the Siderman Law firm. It was a tedious and long process as I had issues with my background. It's important that you're honest with these guys or it will take longer. I had to clear some legal issues up but rig...ht after they were able to get me rolling. The best part is the laid back feel of the office. Everyone there is nervous, naturally, and they help ease your concerns. I just didn't want to get jailed or deported. My anxiety was eased when I got my letter in the mail saying I was on my way to being able to get a drivers license!! What a feeling!! I was a client of the Siderman Law firm years ago but wasn't ready to go for my work permit. Well, I came back and they got it!!! So impressed.
