I got married to a USC in 2011. Between 2011 and 2012 I saw hell. My wife eventually withdrew her petition for me to adjust my status to that of a resident. I received a letter from USCIS shortly after, that my status has returned to the status I had before my wife filed the I-130. I started research...ing immigration lawyers in Los Angeles. My family had the pleasure of hiring Elif to go through the pain-staking task of assigning US Citizenship to my brother who was born outside of the country to my US Citizen father in the early 1970's.
