From the very beginning Angeline was very warm and welcoming. She was really interested in hearing our stories and we both felt a very close bond with her because of her interest in our lives. Angeline is also very competent and handled all of our inquiries quickly and professionally. As a same... sex couple, we were especially concerned with the new President and how the immigration process would be handled. Both interviews were very tough...especially the final one. I really don't have any animosity towards the immigration officers, but I did find their tactics to be overly rude and harsh... but they are playing a role and you just have to keep a cool head and answer the questions truthfully. Just having Angeline there made all the difference and gave us the confidence to complete the process and make our case.
