Tim Dominguez is an award-winning personal injury lawyer who has recovered millions of dollars for deserving clients over the course of his career. As a Cuban-American born and raised in Southern California, Tim has a deep appreciation for this country and its judicial system. It was this background which led him to become an attorney and want to use the law to balance the playing field. He has dedicated his life to fighting the big insurance companies and corporations of the world to obtain justice for the everyday person.

Tim graduated from Loyola Law School where he was selected to participate in the Poehls/Hobbs Trial Advocacy Practicum. During that time, Tim worked in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office fighting in court to obtain justice for victims of crime.
Tim went on to join a prestigious personal injury trial firm in Los Angeles where he eventually became Partner. During his tenure, Tim prosecuted thousands of personal injury cases and as a result, obtained millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.

Over time, Tim found the field of personal injury law endemic with an obsession on volume of clients rather than treating each client as an individual. At many firms, clients are treated as just another number, lucky to ever actually speak to their attorney let alone have any kind of attorney-client relationship.

In founding Tim Dominguez Law, Tim’s main goal was to create a boutique law firm that provides a personalized legal plan and one-on-one attention for each client. Tim makes himself available to his clients, guides them through the process, keeps them informed throughout their case, and puts in the work necessary to ensure that each client receives the best outcome possible.
