Biography
Shawn S. Rokni is the Founder and President of Insider Accident Lawyers. Throughout his career, he has represented both injury victims and insurance companies, giving him a unique perspective that benefits every client he represents today.
Before founding Insider Accident Lawyers, Shawn served as a senior trial attorney at one of the nation’s leading personal injury law firms, where he achieved an exceptional 99% success rate with the personal injury cases he litigated.
Earlier in his career, Shawn worked as a senior defense attorney at one of the country’s largest insurance defense firms. He was the lead attorney on many high stakes personal injury matters involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries requiring surgery, complex fractures, and product liability claims against automobile manufacturers.
Shawn also spent several years as an in-house attorney for one of the nation’s largest auto insurance companies. In that role, he evaluated a wide range of personal injury claims while working closely with dozens of insurance adjusters. His legal experience also includes practicing at several law firms and serving as a research attorney for five different judges, where he gained valuable insight into court procedures and judicial decision making.
This combination of plaintiff representation, insurance defense experience, and courtroom knowledge allows Shawn to accurately evaluate claims, anticipate defense strategies, and build strong cases for injured clients.
Shawn earned his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in 2007 before receiving his Juris Doctor from Chapman University in 2011. While attending law school, he was awarded a merit scholarship in recognition of his academic excellence. He has also completed a course in financial analysis and valuations at Harvard Law School as well as studying injury and accident-related law at the eminent University of Oxford.
Today, Shawn is dedicated to helping injury victims recover the compensation they deserve while providing honest guidance and aggressive representation throughout every stage of the legal process.
