Sean Suresh Chandra

I was a client of Chandra. He recieved the docs for a legal matter MONTHS before he finally got around to generating a legals services contract entered 7-10-2012. I was told he would generate a Demand letter that week. It never happened. Chandra virtually NEVER returns phone calls, or responds to ema...ils or letters. FINALLY on August 29 he called me. Apologies, he professess and claims he will FINALLY be on the matter. Ten days I still see NOTHING, except the attorney from the OPPOSING SIDE informs me Chandra has ABANDONED by legal matter. I thought this was probably a lie. I sent a copy of the opposing lawyer's email to Chandra and requested an explanation, and update as to what he was doing on the matter. I received NO response. I faxed him a Notice of my intent to file a complaint with the State Bar. All lawyers, and most CA consumers know that the bar exist only to protect lawyers from their victim and to make sure there is no REAL REGULATION of the lawyer sector. Chandra did not respond to the Notice of the complaint, which documented to me that he had abandoned my legal matter.
