Office staff does not return calls. I would leave 3-4 messages and would finally find that I would have to drive to her office just to get them to talk to me. Different lawyers handle your case and as they are not familiar with the case I found myself having to explain the circumstances and backgroun...d of my case to each one of them. Imagine a lawyer representing you who is not even familiar with your case. Beware of this attorney!

This office is unbelievable when it comes to customer service, receptionist put you on hold for a long time without coming back to the phone. Found out their is no one attorney for a client case, so do not expect to call and asked to speak to your lawyer, because you will not get a response. Failure... to communicate with the clients is so common, after calling so many times to the point it should be shameful. My experience is so bad that I will never ever hire an attorney without looking up the status of their credentials and checking to see if they have had some type of discipline against them. Since I could not rely on a single attorney my case suffered and I am still waiting for a settlement after several years, something that should of taken a year. And the sad thing is this office do not care. A client and their lawyer should have good communication and never be abandon.

I haven't had the chance to even talk with a attorney and i sing up my case to them . The representative NEVER answer my calls , nobody is available to help or answer you questions. They never even gave me the chance to tell my history , it felt they just want the money of the settlement . I was e...xpecting to have a lawyer to represent me and my history, and find justice in all the nightmare that my life become.But they just added more to it.
