In 2013 I came to Varzandeh Houman Law Offices for consultation. During consultation I was told that I need to hire Mr. Alan Fenster to vacate 2005 I was guilty. I made appointment with Mr. Alan Fenster and came in for consultation. On my appointment I felt he was not pleasant person to deal with bu...t I had no choice since at the office of Varzandeh I was told he was the only attorney who can help me. So i hired Mr. Fenster and paid $ 7000.00. Mr. Alan Fenster said he will vacate process of my case in few months, when I asked him what is few months he raised his voice and repeated I said few months . in the results, He worked on my case 22 months. I had to plea guilty to a different charge, which now on my record as 2014 case. The case was not handled with care, with a small mistake he made and not make it clear that is was 2005 case, now I m Immigration court on removal proceedings and my Green card was taken away from me.
