I read every review and all of them are true. Corey is one of the best attorneys I have come across. He answers all text messages,emails and calls when scheduled. It was great working with him and although outcome wasn't a great one he fought for our family and I appreciate all his help. Corey is by far the BEST Appeals Attorney out there...no question about it. Corey is the reason why I won my appeal. I knew that my conviction was completely unjust and with prejudice, but i needed to take the extra time and effort to research the best Appeals Attorney to represent me and prove my case. I write that as my review title for I could never actually put a price tag on my life behind bars without my kids, family, friends, and sanity. Mr. Corey Parker represented me in 2010 in a complicated case. He had very little time to prepare which ended with amazing results. I have known Corey for a number of years, but have never had to hire an attorney before. I had a DUI when I was 19 years old, and a DWS in the 3rd degree shortly there after. I had used a public defender in those cases, and unfortunately found out eight years later that I had missed a court date for one of these offences and had had a bench warrant out for my arrest for that entire time! I suddenly found myself with a mountain of legal issues that I had to battle, and I knew that Corey was the right man for the job to help guide me through. I could not have been more impressed with Corey Parker's work ethic and expertise. He practices in California, although I live in Washington State (he is licensed to practice in both states). Even though there was great distance, it was like he was right by my side throughout the whole process! He was always quick to respond to questions and concerns, and helped guide me through the necessary steps before my court hearing. The original rulings in my case were good, in that I had my DUI deferred, but the prosecutor wanted to put all of that back on the table, which would have resulted in 30 days in jail, and a suspended drivers license for a year. Luckily I had Corey on my side, and was able to walk away with my original deal, so I have no DUI on my record, and full driving privileges still intact. Had I not hired Corey Parker as my attorney, I would have walked into that court room under prepared, and would almost certainly be sitting in a jail cell instead of writing this review for him right now. I am so grateful that I decided to consult with Mr. Parker before I hired him. He really helped me to understand what was at stake, even before I decided to hire him. This is something that after shopping attorneys for this case, I did not get from anyone else. He is committed to providing the best defense within the law to his clients, and making sure that they understand what is really happening with their case. When it was time for my hearing, Corey's presence in the courtroom was that of a veteran. He was extremely professional, and navigated my hearing seamlessly. I was charged with a no injury " hit and run" after a decade with multiple prior vehicle misdemeanors. I was very devastated and I knew I needed to dedicate myself with 2 days of research to find the right attorney to be on my side. I finally got in touch with Corey E. Parker. verbally after via text among the others who either had attitude with me or had 2-3 assistants giving me the run around. I initially knew solely that based on his reviews, he seemed very legit and " well praised" for his integrity. When My dad and I met him in person, I knew it was true. Aswell as 5 months later when my case was settled it was the absolute minimum and nothing I expected to happen for an outcome. I will say that I have hired 2 attorneys writhin a decade...and Mr. Parker is the 3rd. It was more affordable than the rest for my situation and a better quality over all. First and foremost, Mr. Parker’s reviews speak for themselves. When I was in search of a good attorney to hirer on for my superior case, I am and currently still a firm believer in someone who works efficiently and provides excellent service for their clients, the reviews should speak for him without having a meeting to judge whether or not if I wanted to acquire him as an attorney. ​Mr. Parker was exactly how he was talked about. Always made sure I was fully informed of each discussion that occurred between him and the prosecutor whether it was over the phone or by text. Always spoke with me regarding options in which would suit my best interest for the case at hand. If I ever had questions, (which I had more than I could spare) I would either call or text thus Mr. Parker would always return with an answer. The one or two times he did not answer a call, he immediately informed me that once he was out of a meeting or court he would contact me as soon as he could. Mr. Parker shows passion for his job and so does his speakers that may have to step in place for Mr. Parker in representing him at the stand due to a busy work schedule. ​My Case regarded an unfortunate sex offense which could have resulted in two to five years in prison. End result was that Mr. Parker and the courts were able to find a resolution that made my son’s and my life look brighter than it once did when this case was brought to my attention. I am now hiring Mr. Parker to represent me for a smaller case that falls into District Court and I carry good faith that Mr. Parker and his team will do their very best in bringing justice to what I seek.
