I lost my faith in LAWYERS till the day I met Arek. My O1 visa case was denied while I was working with another attorney . I was hopeless when I went to talk to Arek in his office . I had my application for permanent residence since July 2007. But because of the visa retrocession, I had to wait a long time. When finally my priority date came, USCIS asked for some more requirements and there was an issue. I left it in the hands of Atty. Arek Nizamian and he saw it through. I... now have my green card approval. PTL!

Arek is a great lawyer to work with. I had several immigration cases before so I am very knowledgeable myself about immigration so it is very hard for me to hire a lawyer because I met lawyers who are not even up to date about immigration. My case was Dv lottery case and due to my high number and ...doing AOS , I hired Arek after I won the lottery. He told us all the steps very clearly and luckily our number become current in August but a normal I-485 case takes at least 3 months so we did not have enough time but Arek put his time and connections to get us interview to the last minute which is almost the last week of the program. He told us the interview experiences so when we went to see the immigration officer we know what to do and we were confident. The whole thing took about 20 mins and we got our green cards in a week. That was a miracle and we are probably one of the last ones who got their green card for DV2014 all around the world. I recommend Arek to any of my friends , colleagues and family. He is young, energetic and most importantly up to date about immigration which is probably the most important thing in immigration cases since the immigration law and regulations are changing all the time. My case was complicated, so complicated that my previous lawyer gave up on my case. I have hired Arek's firm like a year ago for my investment visa. i found him thru one of my friend who has been working with him since 5 years and he highly recommended him. My case was little complicated, not too many lawyers wanted to take it. Some of them they didnt even consider to having loo...king at my case. He was nice and told me let me give it a shot and everything is so far so good. i will be definitely hire him again for the extension. Oh BTW before i forget. They are extremely computer savvy. They make my life so much easier. Unlike old style lawers, they showed me how to share documents thru DropBox and it made my life so much easier. As i told you earlier, my case was little complicated and i had to submit like inch or two thick documents but with their technic i was able to get all the documents sorted out and share with them. Before i forgot, I want to also mention Patricia. She is his secretary/ working as paralegal. She was extremely helpful for me and responsible. She is also very professional and knowledgeable too. When i had a question, she was always there to answer. Patricia was responding to all of my emails right around 20 minutes, sometimes even faster. i dont know how she was able to do that.
