I met with Arek back in 2011, to start my green card process, and today i am a citizen. Times goes so fast. I met with Mr. Nizamian a year in a half ago while trying to waive the two-year rule on J1 visa. My wife and I talked with many lawyers but none could really help with my case. I came in 2013 on a J1 visa and my company sponsored me for a H1B in 2014... Unfortunately there was a lottery because of the high number of applicants and my application didn't go through and wasn't reviewed. But Arek didn't give up and submitted my application again this year. I won the lottery thi...s year and after that everything went well and got officially approved today by the US emabssy in Paris. He was updating me anytime he got some news and also was very nice and answering my questions. He prepared all my papers so i was able to arrive to the my embassy appointment welle prepared. Patricia, Arek's paralegal is also really great. She was always here for me if I had any question. Very good lawyer and paralegal, nice available and very efficient.
