Before learning of Mr. Nizamian via Avvo, I interviewed several attorneys throughout the country. Our case was extremely complex, with a previous cancelled tourist visa and a denied P-1 work visa. Although we had over 600 pages of supporting documentation as proof of the validity of our marriage, w...e absolutely had no guarantee of an approval for our CR1 application. He was positive and hopeful and then called my husband later that day to get all of the details about the interview. Now, a week later, we received an email that our CR-1 visa has been approved In conclusion, we highly recommend Mr. Nizamian and will be utilizing his services again as we file an I130 for my step-son within the coming months.
