I was born in Istanbul, Turkey of Armenian descent. I immigrated to the United States in 1974, at the time just 4 months old. I knew, from early in my legal training that I would be an immigration attorney. In fact, it is all I specialize in. Immigration law and more importantly, unpublished policy, changes so quickly that if an attorney does not focus their entire practice on immigration law, they will miss something.
On a personal note, I am married for 11 years and two wonderful boys ages 2 and 4. I love representing my clients and learning about their cultures, business ventures and industry.

He answered questions when we had them on the phone and via email. It was important for us to find someone who wo...

Will always go to him and recommend him
Arek may be a lawyer by profession but I felt more like talking to a friend or a member of my family, when we visited him at his office. He explained the most complicated issues with the simplest of terms. He was positive and made it look easy. No mistakes right off the blocks. He charged reasonable ...
