Arek may be a lawyer by profession but I felt more like talking to a friend or a member of my family, when we visited him at his office. He explained the most complicated issues with the simplest of terms. He was positive and made it look easy. No mistakes right off the blocks. He charged reasonable ...fees for his quality service. We had just had a very bad experience with another immigration lawyer and I was skeptical about all lawyers anyhow. This is a sad story with happy ending with the extreme efforts of Arek Nizamian. We applied E2 visa at July 2010 and Arek did an excellent job on preparing our application package. We got the visa within 20 days with the premium processing however this was not the end it was only the beginning of our... story. We decided to go to our country for few reasons to get merchandise ;to have our visa issued ;to our passports and to have vacation. Everything was great and we were having so much fun thinking that we got the visa until we got into our appointment at the embassy. At the embassy, the consulate treated us in a very unprofessional and in a kind of rude way. She did refuse to look any of our documents or listen to us. I got 3 different US visas before and had never been treated that way in the embassy. I did not know what to do and I felt so alone and hopeless in that moment cause I spent lots of money and effort into my business. The most important thing is my family was in US and my business was still running. Then, I called Arek and explained what had happened in the Embassy. He said, the case is %100 right and there is nothing to worry about it. He was so sure that he would turn this case around. He absolutely gave me so much confidence and strength. He set a new strategy, he asked for additional papers and he prepared the whole file from the scratch. And in all this time whenever I had questions, I did able to reach him. He spent hours & hours on the phone till all my questions get answered. Even at my appointment day & the day before he called me 5-6 times during his family vacation and prepared me for the appointment like preparing a boxer for the mach. And finally my case was approved after 6 months of wait time. If I did not have Arek ,I would probably did not get the case. He is so professional and he spends a lot of time for his clients. Most importantly, Arek never let me walk alone, did so many efforts and gave me so much strength.
