Excellent Lawyer

Bill is a great lawyer. He helped my husband and I with our suit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He knew everything about injury cases and the law. We will use him again if we need any legal advise. We highly recommend William Kendall.

Great Personal Injury Lawyer

Bill really came through after a car accident. The insurance company of the other driver didn't even want to pay the medical bills in full. He got them to pay the bills, something that I could not have done on my own.

Good honest lawyer

I had a accident on the freeway . Rear ended by a semi. Their insurance was not very responsive to my requests. Bill made time for me and took care of everything. No time off work,made sure I was OK before negotiating with the insurance. He made them treat me fair. Thanks again Bill.

Slip and Fall

Subsequent to my initial consultation with Attorney William R. Kendall I concluded that he was an open, fair and competent professional who had the experience and knowledge that could and would ensure that I received just compensation for my injuries. Knowing the difficulty and uncertainty attached slip and fall cases I was quite apprehensive. Attorney Kendall reassured me that in spite of the difficulty involved that he would utilize his knowledge and professional experience in similar cases to obtain justifiable results for me. He was open to my concerns and accessible when I needed consultation and in the end, obtained results that were well above my expectations. As a retired Marine Corps Officer, disabled veteran, and college professor who has, in my lifetime, dealt with many attorney's. and as an individual who expects perfection in those I interact with, I can say without question, that Attorney William R. "ONE OF A KIND', rare for his breed.

I have known Bill Kendall for several year when he handled both my daughters' car accidents and one in which I was a passenger. He is most competent and knowledgeable, yet exceptionally personable, explaining details with the greatest tact and caring. Great experience!

Bill Kendall helped me with my car accident injury case. Being a small business owner and sole operator, I just didn't have the time or the energy to deal with the insurance companies, etc. Bill took my nightmare and brought it to a very positive conclusion with very little participation on my part - which is why I hired him to begin with. I like that he was very honest and straight-forward and he ended up negotiating a very fair settlement for me. To top it all off, he's a really nice and friendly person! Thank you Bill!

I have also referred him to many of my Friends, Family and Acquaintances He is always, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, very friendly, honest (unlike other Attorneys), courteous, jovial, helpful, goes the extra mile, ALL the things one would want in an Attorney and a Person. Bill was very accommodating and worked with me to make sure I received all the correct treatment for my injury. Personal Injury Claim

Mr Kendall was helpful and reassuring from our initial visit. He worked handled the claims for both my insurance company and the other guys insurance company to make sure that I received a fair settlement. Mr Kendall answered all of my questions and also educated me on the process for arriving at a fair settlement that covered my medical bills and provided me some compensation for my injuries.

Stay Away

This guy is terrible. He is completely incompetent and does not know a thing about child custody/child support issues. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this lawyer. Every time I would send him a email he would say that he couldn't find the email. If anything needed to be investigated about the case, he wouldn't do it and relied on me to do so. He had no clue what the child support laws where and again relied on me to find out. After getting the run around, I confronted him and he got mad and said I think it's time you find a new lawyer. Oh yeah this is after he charged me a $3,000 retainer fee. I could of done better all by myself.
