Wyatt George Herbst

Wyatt Herbst is an attorney focusing his practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, estate planning, and probate. His driving purpose, both in life and as an attorney, is to have a positive impact on the world through passion, persistence, and perseverance.

Mr. Herbst attended the University of Nevada, Reno – graduating in 2011 with a B.A. in Sociology, minoring in Political Science. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate by Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2014, graduating cum laude in two and a half years. During his time in law school, he was a recipient of the Thomas Jefferson merit scholarship for being in the top 5% of his law school class.

Wyatt is also been a real estate agent with EXP and has been an active agent since August 2015, and is a member of the American Bar Association and San Diego County Bar Association.

Through honest, straightforward opinions and advice, Mr. Herbst strives to secure the best possible results for his clients. He finds true success in making his client’s lives better, both by helping them through troubling times and helping them avoid legal troubles in the future.

Outside of work, Mr. Herbst is a volunteer pop warner football coach, and enjoys backpacking, hiking, camping in the woods, playing volleyball, wake surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, slacklining, rock climbing, and going on adventures.
